Did you ever heard about Sahainan?

Far away, in the north of Thailand, in the middle of the mountains lives a family - Sandot's Family! This beautiful family of four live in a farm, but it is not any farm! It's a special one! It's a permaculture farm!

In this farm, you sleep in beautiful bamboo houses, in contact with the nature! And even from your bed you can see the stars! Your food is cooked in the fire, and for that you have to find the firewood and cut it, as well pick your vegetables or fruit! The result is the tastier and healthy food ever! You eat on the floor in coconnut balls with bamboo spoons, that you made by yourself, or you can eat just with your hand. There, you don't have a hot shower or electricity, but you have the power of the sun, that warms your water in the middle of the day and charge your phone.This is the physical Sahainan! But Sahainan is so much more! Sahainan is a magical place. Is a place where you can find people that think in a sustainable way, people like you. Where you can live in community and in harmony with the nature. It's a place where your rythm of life change completly and you feel more energy in your body! It's the place that shows you that less is more and where is the true happiness. And more, is a place where you feel so much love, that you feel part of that family!

This is Sahainan! We are the lucky ones! We spent there almost one month and a half, and we had the chance of learn with this family! We made the Pratical Permaculture Course, that happens every month, and after we stayed as volunteers. We learned so much! Gardening, water systems, solar energy, construction, cooking, are just an exemple.

We had so much fun in our days, especially with Jon Jon! And we had the chance of say hello to Jai Jai in the first second of his life!
